All of the orders will be shipped from New Jersey, USA. For more information, contact (973) 405-6248.

Displayed package weights are adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs. In some cases, dimensional weight or special handling (e.g., hazardous materials) results in higher shipping charges than the physical weight alone would suggest.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. We process orders as quickly as possible, but the last order of the day is sent out at 2:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. For timely delivery, we suggest placing your orders in advance.

Certificate of Analysis (COA) Notice:
We do not offer Certificates of Analysis (COA) as part of our standard products. Preparing a COA requires additional time and investigation, so it is only available for large orders, and only when such documentation exists.

If your order requires a COA, please be aware that you may need to purchase it separately using product code DOCUMENT. Before purchasing, contact us to confirm availability for your specific product.
