Super fine atomized iron powder with solid-dense, free-flowing particles. At least 95% of the particles pass through a 45-micron sieve (mesh 325). This high-purity iron powder is ideal as a filler for rubber, plastics, and resins, providing weight, magnetic properties, and metal detection capabilities. Safe for food contact and cosmetic applications, it also finds use in magnetic pigments, powder metallurgy, sintered products, magnetism experiments, forensic products, and magnetic paints. IRON325ZV is specifically suited for cold casting delicate, high-precision objects and applications such as MIM (Metal Injection Molding) and P&S (Press & Sinter). Additionally, it is used in tension control devices, including magnetic clutches and brakes.
